Masterclass Stream Institutions and Behavior

Location: Langeveld Building, Faculty Room (Heidelberglaan 1, Utrecht Uithof)
During this masterclass, we will discuss how research may contribute to the further development of the concept of prosocial nudges and their eventual implementation into public policies.
Target audience: PhD students and postdocs working on the topic of behavioral insights for public policy from various disciplines, including public administration, psychology, behavioral economics, communication science, and law. Senior researchers and professionals working in behavioral insight units at the national and local level are also welcome to attend.
People who would like to discuss their work are invited to submit a 1-page abstract. Selected abstracts will be presented during 10-min blitz presentations, followed by expert feedback from Sander van der Linden and plenary discussion.
Proposals for presentations will be evaluated according to relevance for the topic of prosocial nudges. Abstract requirements: max 250 words in which you describe the objective, results and implications of your research.
Submit your abstract before October 25 by sending an e-mail to D.T.D.deRidder@uu.nl. Your will be notified by November 1 about acceptance of your abstract.
Note that only a maximum of 25 participants is allowed.
